What you will do:
A chiller is one of the most critical pieces of equipment in any facility and it’s responsible for the comfort and critical to productivity—and it accounts for as much as half the energy used in building. Smart Connected Chillers & Openblue CEP from Johnson Controls help to reduce downtime, improved efficiency, and fewer disruptions. It generates unprecedented insights—and they’re enabling us to revolutionize how chillers are serviced. In this journey of digitalization, the primary responsibility for this role is to onboard customers/assets into the digital platform and monitor & maintaining dashboards appropriately to ensure customer satisfaction.
How you will do it:
- Onboard various types of chillers models accurately (as per site information) on digital platforms & ensure all key performance indicators are met.
- Ensure Fault Detection and Diagnostic (FDD) are working as per expectations and coordinate with the engineering team if required.
- Define and implement strategies for faster automation of the onboarding process & identify improvement opportunities in the current process through innovative thinking.
- Review of internal customer queries such as dashboard-related and onboard-related queries & Improve internal customer satisfaction by resolving the queries in the quickest and most effective manner.
- Align with engineering teams to understand the product roadmap and feature valuation
- Be a partner and extension of the branch service team and the product team to ensure the customer’s needs are being met.
- Develop and facilitate training programs to internal customers
- Maintain and update tracking systems with correct and accurate information and inform to all respective stakeholders accurately.
- Learn from industry best practices
- Other related duties as assigned
What we look for :
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering in mechanical or electrical or instrumentation or any other appropriate
- 2 to 3 years experience in the HVAC industry with hands-on field experience, preferably those who worked on chillers.
- Must be a quick learner & should have a keen eye for problem-solving
- Must have a demonstrated customer service orientation with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and Teams
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with multiple and changing tasks and priorities
