Job Description

Sales Support

  • Track invoices and orders.
  • Prepare and manage monthly reports.
  • Follow up on payments and manage outstanding statements.
  • Liaise with John Crane’s Bangalore office for coordination.
  • Generate and manage MIS reports and monthly forecasts.
  • Oversee payment recovery and review late deliveries.
  • Handle submission of write-off forms.

Office Administration

  • Manage utility services like electricity, telephone, and internet, addressing complaints when required.
  • Oversee vendor registrations and regular office maintenance bills.
  • Ensure compliance with property taxes, pollution control certificates, and other NOCs.
  • Safeguard important documents such as rent agreements and factory layouts.
  • Organize annual sales meetings, training sessions, and find suitable venues through cost comparisons.

Travel

  • Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • Education: BE Mechanical (Freshers are welcome to apply).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP modules and Excel is mandatory.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including fluency in the local language.
  • Soft Skills: Self-starter, team player, and well-organized.
  • Location Preference: Must reside in or near the job location.
