With a turnover of approximately 7.6 Billion USD in India has revolutionized the process of steelmaking in India JSP has successfully built and is operating India’s Most Modern 6 MTPA Integrated Steel Plant at Angul – Odisha, The Integrated Steel Plant, initially envisaged as the country’s first steel plant to be based on purely swadeshi raw material, involved setting up world’s largest Coal Gasification Plant (CGP) for Steelmaking through the DRI route. The major facilities at the plant include Blast furnace, Coal washery, Sinter plant, Pellet plant, Coke-oven and by-product plant, Coal gasification plant, DRI plant, Steel Melting Shop, Slab caster, Plate mill and Hot strip mill, Oxygen plant, Lime and Dolomite plant, Power plant.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA-
- Minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in 10th & 12th
- Minimum 65% or equivalent CGPA in Graduation with no active backlog in any of the subjects during the campus drive.
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 colleges will be preferred.
- Should not have more than a 1-year gap between two consecutive academic courses.
- Eg.- If a candidate passed his/her 12th in 2012 and joined his graduation in 2014 then this qualifies as a 2-year GAP such cases should not be shortlisted for further process

The selection process will be as below,
Round 1 – Online Aptitude Test (Aptitude and Technical)
Round 2 – Online Psychometric and Behavioural Test
Round 3 – Group Discussion (if necessary)
Round 4 – Online Technical /Domain Interview (Panel Interview with HR)
Round 5 – Interaction with CHRO
Written Tests shall be conducted online in an AI-enabled proctored environment (Infrastructure required- webcam and internet-enabled PC)
