Job description

Understand the implemented solution design
Enhance/Change the design based on new business requirements by the customer
Identify the Root cause and find a permanent solution to any problem.
Responsible to address incident/request related to an above-mentioned suite of products
Adheres to priority-based management considering impact + urgency
Document the learning
Provide value through Innovation and Automation
Skillset and availability requirements as per the organization’s needs
Knowledge in performance tuning techniques is an added advantage.
Understanding and experience with the technical requirements for the product line assigned.
Understanding of Database structures. Understanding of various technical platforms and infrastructures.
Understands BYs product suite so as to convey relationships and touch-points to the customer.
Works with appropriate parties to ensure issues are resolved.
Knowledge of cloud services

This position requires someone who is smart, highly motivated, learns quickly, hardworking and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
Requires a bachelor’s degree (in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent) and 2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain domain
Must have effective oral and written communications skills and the ability to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, ability to provide alternatives, root cause analysis, testing skills and ability to make thoughtful proposals are also among the skills required
Basic understanding of Customer business and processes
Candidates with relevant experience on Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning suite of products
Intermediate in MS Excel
Good Knowledge of PL/SQL
Supply Chain Nation
