Job description
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- To monitoring Machine Shop Production activities on CNC Lathes, Vmc-AMS & Makino M/c, washing Machines & LT Machines,packing & Dispatches.
- To develop proove out programmes setups of new components & existing.
- To monitor Quality Parameters as per the requirements of products & processes.
- To monitor the process Parameters on machines daily updation of data.
- To monitor Production plan vs. Actual Production as per the targets.
- Manpower Planning and efficiency calculations, schedule compliance.
- To co-ordinate with Quality, Fettling,Maintenance and PDC team for daily activities ,corrective actions.
- To ensure and follow all safety rules in the department.
- To maintain Housekeeping and 5s of shop floor.
- To monitor smooth material handling & co-ordination in CFT for achieving KPIs.
- To develope/maintain the documentations as per required for IATF & Oshas.
To train/build a team for required skills ,knowledge for KPIs to be achieved
Desired Candidate Profile
- Mandatory for the Role
- Diploma / BE Mechanical
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in CNC Machine Shop-overall activities.
- For BE holders-1-3 years
- Desired for the Role
Work experience from reputed Automobile Industry.
