POSITION SUMMARY:
- This role is part of the Procurement function for ISS Client. Job responsibilities will include Facility related Procurement for the Accounts as per respective location mentioned.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and execute all procurements for Facilities / Administration Function. End to end Facility / Admin related procurement for day to day operations.
- Preparing Purchase orders in Navision.
- Ensures 100% compliance and legal requirements.
- Maintaining MIS Reports on regular basis and sharing it whenever required.
- Processing vendor invoices for payment release.
- Tracking of vendor payments to get paid on time.
- Tracking Open purchase orders monthly basis and sharing the reports.
- Evaluating vendors performance on regular intervals as decided by the management.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:
- Diploma/ BE/ BTech in Mechanical
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of previous experience in Procurement of Admin / Facility / Non-IT.
SKILLS:
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Proficient in Excel, Word & Power Point
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Customer focus
- Ability to deliver on time
- Prepare and submit relevant reports as required
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills

- Position : Executive – HSE
- Location : Shantigram (Ahmedabad)
- Qualification : Any Graduate
- Experience : 1 – 3 Years
- CTC: Upto INR 3.50 Lacs
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsibility to conduct frequent emergency Mock drills as per requirement of NBC
- to assist in Preparation of SOP/EPRP of site
- to Maintain legal register of site-Considering local or National environment and fire Safety norms
- To help client in process of getting Environmental Consents like air/Waster consents or in submission of various returns comes under Biomedical waste management rules/Air pollution control Act/Water pollution control act/Hazardous waste handling & management rules/Battery waste management Rules etc.
- Conducting frequent HSE inspections like- Cafeteria audit, Infra readiness index audit(Fire panel integration with AHU/Smoke and Heat detectors/Access control system of building/Fire alarming system etc.),Medical room audit(if comes under our scope), Site safety audit/Crche Room inspection (if comes under our scope) and Fire pump room and fire line testing & Transport audit(if comes under our scope).
- To Conduct HSE transition audit whenever a new floor is planned to occupy.
