- Ensure target achievement for the assigned territory
- Plan, forecast & report sales performance in assigned territory
- Monitor & report activity of competition to concerned Area Manager
Preference :
- Only B.Tech( Auto/Mechanical/Agriculture).
- Tractor Dealership experience will be preferred.
- Local Language is Mandatory.
Position – Design Engineer (Vehicle Integration UGNX Tractor)

- Design & assist the development of components along with C.O.E Engineers to integrate various vehicle systems & customer requirements into a vehicle platform
- Packaging & integrating vehicle systems into a vehicle.
- Monitor Virtual vehicle layout & finalize P&H (Proportions & Hardpoints)
- Manage Variants & meet project-specific common & Standardization targets.
- Conceptualize & detailed design Vehicle systems meeting Cost weight & functional targets.
- Leading the team of design Engineers for Vehicle design & development for New Vehicles and Current vehicles
- Participate with the Market research team & Vehicle specifications finalization
- Vehicle Development from Concept to Production stage & co-ordination for various sections/departments
- Responsible for all Design & Drawing approvals of the project
- Developing the Design standards and Best Design Practices
- Benchmarking of Vehicle design parameters.
- Analyze & Resolve the Vehicle problems with corrective actions
- Providing Quality Support & resolving quality-related issues
- VA/ V E for Vehicle components design
- Co-ordinations with C A E team for virtual validation

- 3D modeling and 2D drawing on Team Center 11 and Auto CAD.
- Develop technical parameters required to direct and guide drafters plus designers.
- Direct flow of drafting as well as designer duties.
- End to end New Projects, existing projects delivered within given TAT (must)
- Tractor Transmission Concept layouting
- Transmission Analysis using kisssys/Kiss soft.
- Maintain transmission variants detail.
- DFMEA, Drawing review, and get a final release.
- Gear tooth geometry & bearing life calculation on Kisssoft & kisssys software.
- Working knowledge on Disc Brake & Clutch system
- Gear shift system Design
- Failure analysis & Solution synthesis
- Knowledge of Gear and shaft manufacturing
