Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Knowledge of ERP & Wind-chill & process of completion of wind-chill and Oracle related task.
- Design and develop process for parts / products.
- Selection of cutting tools and gauges for new process.
- Conduct cycle / setup time study for machining and assembly.
- Active participation on problem related to process, cutting tools & special gauges in production if any.
- Estimating in-house manufacturing cost of new / insourcing Items.
- Improves shop floor productivity and drives controllable spending reduction.
- Develop and improve all manufacturing standards including assembly & machining SOP’s/ process mapping routing and cycle setup time in ERP.
Support:-
- Conduct Kaizen event and implementation of key saving KAIZENS.
- QMS, EHS & OSHAS support.

Required Years of Experience: Minimum 3 ~ 4 years
Required Education / Skill: BE- Mechanical from reorganized college / university minimum 03 years experience in similar position
