Software Revit MEP & AutoCAD
Position Objectives All types of BIM Modelling, Detailing and Drafting work
Requirements
- Excellent English verbal and written skills
- Quick Learner
- Responsible to create 3D system CAD drawings in Revit for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing
- Co-ordinate between trades to make sure their system fits in given structural/architectural layouts
- MEP Layout detailing, modelling and drafting as per customers requirements, for buildings and project sites, using Revit with all kind of LOD 100 to 300
- Preparation of HVAC shop drawings, ventilation and chilled water layout, duct and pipe size calculations
- MEP co-ordination and clash detection with Architectural, Structure and other discipline regarding project using Navisworks
- Review and QA/QC project deliverables
- Must be expert in latest Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD software versions
- Able to create parametric families
- Aware about work sets collaboration BIM 360
- Understanding and implementing ISO and other predefined work process
