Job Responsibilities:
- On-time support for breakdown maintenance, its root cause analysis & preventive action
- Preventive Maintenance Plan & Check sheet for all machines
- Machine AMC (Overhead crane, GTAW welding machine, CNC plasma machine, Hydraulic press, polishing machine, Rolling machine, Air compressor, Pneumatic tools, etc)
- Maintenance knowledge of Overhead crane, CNC Plasma machine, Lathe machine, Press machine, GTAW welding machine, Polishing machine, etc
- Periodic certification of safety tool & tackles through a competent person (Form12/13)
- List of Critical spare parts for all machines and put Min. order stock
- Handle all Maintenance related activities (Electrical / Mechanical)
- New machine/capital installation/commissioning
- Analysis of Machine running Hour
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 2015 for QMS
- To evaluate the Supplier
- Breakdown Complaint / NC root cause analysis
- Co-ordination with Internal Customer (SCM, Admin, MFG, etc)
- To prepare the Work instructions for all machines
- Review of vendor quotes, negotiation & final Bill Certification
- 5S activity
- Kaizen Activity
Education & Experience
- Diploma in Mech/ B. E Mech having 2-3 years of experience
- Preferred Industry background–EPC (Project Based) companies in the process field
Knowledge/Skills
- Ability to multi-task, and adjust priorities
- Knowledge of SS material
- Proficiency with MRP/ERP/SAP systems & Microsoft Office
- Presentable, Sensible, Ethical, Hard Worker
- Knowledge of Machines, Tools, and tackles
