Role of Graduate Engineer Trainee
As the TM/LINE INCHARGE-Engine Assembly you will be part of the Plant Operations and will report to the Section Head – AL. Phase.
The purpose of your role will be to manage factors of production like manpower, production tools & inventory in an optimal manner and follow the laid down sops of the EA function.
A purpose-driven role for you
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- The position serves as a focal point of Engine Assembly operations within the company
- Requires coordination of work with direct reports workmen, contractors,
Support departments and management to ensure timely delivery of quality products to Customer - Read blueprints and technical drawings
- TPM, Improvements such as Reduce set up time and machining time through process improvements
- with Production planning, execution, estimating, and reporting
- Shift Operations – A & B Shift
A Day in the Life
Manage factors of production like manpower, production tools & inventory in an optimal manner and follow the laid down sops of the Engine Assembly function.
Academic Qualification & Experience
B.tech (Mechanical), or Diploma (Mechanical)
Technical Skills/Knowledge
- Experience of IMS (ISO & OHSAS) & Documentation
- Experience of TPM
- Experience of Safety & HIRA
- Ability to read & draw engineering drawings & blueprints
Behavioral Skills
- Gujarati Language skills to deal with primarily Gujarati-based manpower
- Eye for details
- Comfortable to work in Shifts A + B Shift
- Behavioral-Based Safety Approach
