- Distribution management, Value selling approach, Good technical acumen, Willingness to learn and perform, Travel on daily basis.
- Sales visits with prospective clients and driving sales through distributors.
- Giving product demonstrations & seminars and creating value proposition to customers.
- Maintaining proper sales and performance records, achieving sales targets on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Engineering graduate in Mechanical / Industrial production
- Minimum 3 Years hardcore field sales experience.
- Should have good experience in Cutting tools, Maintenance & repair welding, Bearings, lubricants.
