Job description

  • Mapping client’s requirements, attending/conducting business user meetings, project planning & scheduling, coordinating with technical teams to ensure project health, and providing them customized business solutions.
  • Supervising the accounts, cash-flows, receivables, and credit control of each account.
  • Identifying and networking with prospective clients, maintaining relations with key opinion leaders, generating business from the existing accounts, achieving profitability, and increased sales growth.
  • Preparing and ensuring Annual KAM engagement calendar
  • Managing customer-centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving timely delivery & service quality norms.
  • Attending to client’s complaints and undertaking steps for effectively resolving them.
  • Interact with the customers to gather their feedback regarding product satisfaction.
  • Organizing technical seminars, customer events, plant’s visit, etc. to build a mutual relationship with the customer.
  • Rolling out and ensuring Business Excellence for KAM Customers

Qualifications & Skills

  • B.E. / B.Tech. (Chemical or Mechanical Engineer) or MBA (Marketing)
  • Minimum 10 years in handling Global Key Account (Preferred) in B2B business
