YOUR TASKS
- 3D model of mechanical design @ order status
- Producibility of relevant single parts
- Drawing of components and subassemblies mature for nomination
- 3D data preparation for simulation
- COL stability study
- Design for Assembly Implementation
- Design for manufacturing and surface treatment
- Design Readiness
- Drawing of components and subassemblies mature to start inquiry
- Drawing of components and subassemblies finalized and released to start tool and equipment production
- Engineering BOM
- Kinematics and Internal Package study
- Material selection
- PCB mechanical interface design
- RPS and tolerances of inner parts and subassemblies
- RPS and tolerances of LED light functions
- Wire harness routing
- 3D/2D data of components and subassemblies and associated master data
- Updated measures and tolerances on drawings according to physical parts and product and process needs
- Lessons learned mechanical design
- Material master data in PLM
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Tool and Die Engineering / Post Diploma in relevant Tool and Die ( NTTF )
- Post Diploma in Plastic Mold Design/ Diploma in Plastics Mold Making ( CIPET )
- BE/ B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering with Plastics Mold design / Plastics Product Design Experience.
- 1-2 Years but not More than 3 years Part Design Experience
- Experience in CATIA V5 & Mold flow communicator will be added advantage
- Basic Knowledge in MS Power Point, Excel etc
- Should be proficient enough in English Communication (oral and written)
