Job Description
HCL BSERV is hiring for B.E Engineering candidates for one its client who is a leading product manufacture of Elevators.
Requirement:
1.Excellent communication is mandatory
2.BE in Mechanical/EEE is must (without backlogs)
3.Shift Timing 10 hrs with 1 hr break (any time between 10:30 AM 8:30 PM)
Nature of work:
- Material and Supplier identification
- Material ordering
- Co-ordination and follow up with factory, suppliers and other stake holders
- Invoicing and Invoice delivery
- Applications used SAP, MS Office, Skype, IE
- Process 98% (Email) non-voice and 2% voice (make calls to suppliers, factory, conduct reconciliation meeting)
