Position – Supply Chain Team Leader (WareHouse)

Job Purpose

  • Ensuring the highest quality of the work and maximizing productivity of the warehouse. Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity and accuracy.
  • Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of materials.
  • Contribute to a high level of master data quality within area of responsibility.
  • Maintain a high level of 5S and CI approach in the warehouse.
  • Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
  • Identify & contact decision-makers for problem resolution.
  • Ensuring a high level of standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports on warehouse performance.
  • To have a constant look on the warehouse layout and provide inputs for warehouse space optmisation.
  • Should be able to lead the annual and cyclic stock takes.
  • To lead, motivate, train and develop the team members.
  • Proficient in handling the SAP Warehouse Management module.

What do you need to apply for this job ?

  • Must be a bachelor’s degree graduate preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Must have at least 4~7 years of experience of proven track record in warehousing.
  • Knowledge in SAP Warehouse Management SAP module.
