Position – Supply Chain Team Leader (WareHouse)
Grundfos
Location – Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Ensuring the highest quality of the work and maximizing productivity of the warehouse. Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities

Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity and accuracy.
Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of materials.
Contribute to a high level of master data quality within area of responsibility.
Maintain a high level of 5S and CI approach in the warehouse.
Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
Identify & contact decision-makers for problem resolution.
Ensuring a high level of standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports on warehouse performance.
To have a constant look on the warehouse layout and provide inputs for warehouse space optmisation.
Should be able to lead the annual and cyclic stock takes.
To lead, motivate, train and develop the team members.
Proficient in handling the SAP Warehouse Management module.

What do you need to apply for this job ?

Must be a bachelor’s degree graduate preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
Must have at least 4~7 years of experience of proven track record in warehousing.
Knowledge in SAP Warehouse Management SAP module.
