Job Description Summary:
Engineering responsibilities related to the manufacturing process. The role impacts the quality of individual work and that of the team. Standard operational and technical tasks are executed with flexibility to adapt based on changing situations.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Set up and validate new processes through PFMEA, SOPs, and personnel training.
- Lead compliance and support Environmental, Health & Safety efforts.
- Drive product quality improvement by resolving manufacturing issues and implementing cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality and process-related challenges.
- Participate in new product introductions, including process layout, tooling, and equipment setup.
- Ensure regulatory compliance through Validation & Verification (V&V).
- Manage manufacturing releases and change implementation.
- Implement LEAN manufacturing practices.
- Provide safe and regulatory-compliant processes and address safety concerns.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.
- Proficient in providing feedback to engineering teams on design and assembly.
- Experience with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP.
- Hands-on experience in design change and implementation.
Desired Characteristics:
- Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and CAPA processes.
- Strong analytical, methodical, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in materials, parts, product design, and ISO 13485 standards.
- Experience with CAD tools and understanding of production capabilities, tools, and assembly methods.
- Effective budget management and deadline adherence.
- Awareness of health and safety requirements.
- Leadership skills for overseeing and coordinating technicians.
