Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Candidate shall have hands-on experience in understanding basics of Mechanical Engineering, understanding & preparing engineering drawings, geometric dimensioning, and tolerance analysis/mechanical simulation tools, and working knowledge of CAD tools (Cero, Solidworks, Ansys)
• Good at written and oral communication, learning mindset, hands-on knowledge in the use of MS office tools like Excel calculations, PowerPoint presentation & word documentation.
• Support team on documentation needed for regulatory and quality standard compliance requirements.
• Support the installation base engineering team for field data analysis and field failure analysis, and update the database tool.
• Support structuring of Engineering Bill of material, drawing updates, and design change activities Via the Engineering change control board.
• Need to work along with the engineering team to support the part and mechanical test fixture development, part inspection, and testing.
• Support engineers in the lab to develop and establish experimental setups, carry out planned experiments, and record the test results.
• Support Verification, validation, and root cause analysis activities along with establishing relevant reports and DHF (design history file

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement Best Practices and deal with high levels of ambiguity.
