Job description
Plan, carry out, and keep an eye on a product line’s quality, including the incoming, in-process, and final inspection of parts. You’ll also be responsible for the on-time inspection of components to satisfy client demand while putting the utmost emphasis on quality objectives.
Own quality metrics for the product line, such as COQ, FPY, DPU, escaping defects, resolving customer issues, on-time qualification, etc.
Responsibilities – Junior Engineer (Quality_Renewable)
- Planned, carry out, and keep track of the quality of a product line, including incoming, in-process, and final inspection of parts. You are also responsible for the on-time inspection of parts to satisfy customer demand while putting the utmost emphasis on quality objectives.
- By verifying the necessary specifications, performing visual and measurement checks, and informing the production supervisor of the necessary revisions, you can approve in-process manufacturing.
- All finished items must be approved by executing the necessary tests and verifying the specifications.
- By completing reports and logs, you may record and keep up with inspection outcomes.
- Examine client grievances and non-conformance concerns
- Create, suggest, and keep track of corrective and preventative measures
- responsible for establishing procedures to ensure that products and processes match customer expectations and drive quality in both.

- Keep records of internal audits and other QA processes.
- Analyze audit results, then take the necessary corrective steps.

- tracking and managing the rejection by immediately issuing an alarm or an NC, and keeping CoQ in accordance with organizational norms.
- Participating in Kaizen and other process-improvement initiatives, such as suggestion-making
- having a strong command of Microsoft Office
- All measuring and testing instruments are calibrated both internally and through subcontractors.
- Maintain the MRB and RTV, make sure that dispositions are made on time, and encourage supplier recovery as necessary.
- Participate in HPT Team conversations and share your knowledge of quality, quality escapes, issue resolution, RCA, CAPA, and other related topics.
- must be knowledgeable in assembling, torqueing, and other manufacturing operations.
- Must oversee all aspects of compliance with the Quality Management System and take the lead on important initiatives. The function must be aligned with business objectives to support the company’s double growth. Year-Over-Year
- Utilize experience and skills to complete the tasks allocated to you while leading the quality inspectors, mentoring and training them, and ensuring their ongoing skill development.
- Own quality metrics for the product line, such as COQ, FPY, DPU, escaping defects, resolving customer issues, on-time qualification, etc.
- Work closely with the AME Team to handle the deployment of the Quality module in the MES, the digitization of important quality KPIs, and other Lean projects (re-layout, resource optimization, automation, etc.).
Qualification & Essential Requirements:
- Education: A reputable institution or university awarded me a diploma in mechanical, electrical, or production engineering.
- 2 years of practical experience, mostly in the inspection of electrical and mechanical assemblies.
- Should be prepared to work in shifts in order to accomplish organizational goals.
- strong writing and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to communicate at all levels
