Position – Service Engineer – Motor Claims

Salary – INR 2,50,000 to 3,50,000 PA.
Job Description
- To survey and assess the loss of accident vehicles .
- Periodic review of outstanding / pending claims
- To process and settle the claims
- Approving claims as per the letter of delegation given
- Relationship management with the work shop
- Deputing surveyors for claims
- Following up regularly with external surveyors for reports
- Maintaining TAT of various processes as per SOP
- Addressing and resolving complaints of CRM
Main Responsibility
- Carrying out survey and assess the loss
- Processing and settlement
Key Result Area
- Assessment to be cost effective
- Settlement of the claims with in defined TATs
Required Candidate profile
- Candidate should be Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering
- A locality from Jaipur Location only.
- Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience with Workshop/Dealership
- Should be able to survey claims independently
- Good in interpersonal skills & able to manage customer swiftly
- System savvy. Able to present data to middle management
