Roles and Responsibilities
This a fantastic chance for BE/B.Tech grads to launch their careers! At Faurecia, we’re seeking young people with lots of energy and motivation to serve as gap leaders in the production department.
Qualification: 2021–2022-passing BE/B.Tech (Mechanical, Production, and Automobile)
Work Experience: New Employee (0–1 Years)
Location: Chakan Plant in Pune.
Designation: Trainee Graduate Engineer
Leader of a production line, a GAP leader, or a cell leader.
Facilities: Canteen & Transportation
Occupational Duties:
- Oversee manufacturing tasks on a daily basis.
- Support team members by giving them leadership, direction, support, and encouragement.
Working Shifts:
First Shift – 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM
Second Shift – 03:30 PM to 12:00 AM
Third Shift – 12:00 AM to 07:00 AM
General Shift – 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM
Stipend: Rs 25000 per month in hand.
