Job description

Job Mission: Ensuring the quality of product built in Underground Division on Epiroc Nashik

• Understand quality requirements of Product Assembly.
• Maintain & improve quality procedures for internal process, assembly & testing.
• Analyze and coordinate to resolve the quality issues from assembly & product audit points to ensure the quality of outgoing Rigs.
• Ensuring line quality inspections of Products in different build-upstage.
• IMS -ISO 9000/ISO 14000/OHSAS 18001 compliance for Assembly.

Experience requirements:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience, if graduate AND 5-7 years of experience, if diploma in the role of Line quality or Final quality.

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of line inspection, measuring instruments, Product quality.
• Awareness of IMS Quality procedures
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems.

Educational requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineering.

• Self-Driven
• Hard-working
• Should have good communication skills & an eye for quality.
• Team Player
