  • You will be a part of a winning team where you will get exposure to develop Advanced fuel cell air loop system solutions for Automobile & Industrial applications. Upskill yourself by leading technical proposals ,learning new design methodologies, solve complex engineering problems, build manufacturing know how & interaction with cross functional teams (CFT) in a matrix organization while delivering on exciting & meaningful business goals.  
  • Engineer the advanced  products which includes -novel electrical motor driven Air compressor systems for Fuel Cell /ICE  application in Automobiles & Industrial applications
  • Need  to have ‘Go Beyond  mindset’ to win new busines based of innovative solution in Air loop domain in Ful Cell & ICE focus areas. 
  • Define technical proposal /Concepts based on  for new RFI’s & RFQ’s from different regional customers  which meet performance ,durability & NVH requirements.
  • Drive NPI’s Engineering milestones, interact with customers for VOC, build DFMEA from concept & own DVP to ensure solution robustness 
  • Conduct design feasibility studies, perform detail engineering calculations, design  components, coordinate with analysis teams (FEA, MBD, 1D simulation) to verify and improvise design under the guidance of Program Technical Lead
  • Create & release engineering drawings with relevant GD&T & stack up calculations
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams – manufacturing, test lab, simulation etc. to mature the design and progress technical maturity
  • Work with supplier’s engineering & commercial teams to select appropriate options based on SOR/Engineering evaluation /Validation for Electric Motor -Controllers, NVH Treatments , Seals , Bearings etc. 
  • Understanding of DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) , DFR (Design for reliability) & Product development Life Cycle will be added advantage.
  • Conduct design reviews, present technical studies and findings to Portfolio lead, technical lead, design review board & chief engineer of product line
  • Conduct & drive manufacturing review (MFR) & and supplier feasibility review (DSFR) for prototype & production worthy prints. Facilitate and review manufacturing process capability & support PPAP submission
  • Solve technical problems while  working on new Pursuit Projects, NPI & VAVE projects  
  • Strong presentation , communication &  leadership  skills  needed to drive the technical decision /conclusions  
  • Experince on electric motor , CAN controller  & global working exposure will be added advantage.

Qualifications

 Requirement:

  • B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech
  • B.E: 6-8 yrs.  / M.Tech : 3-5 yrs. Exp , in R&D &/or Engineering Organization
  • Strong fundamentals in Air Compressor, Fuel Cell & IC Engines
  • Experience with Engg dwgs , GD&T & CAD (Cero/CATIA/UG)
  • Proficient in the strength of materials & basic physics understanding
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel & PowerPoint)
