Job Summary

• Designs and develops automation tools for CAD/CAE applications and provides customised solutions for power BI & Share point.This role will have responsibility of detailed analysis, design release, resolving stakeholder’s issues, by applying DMAIC skills as appropriate.
• Maintains close liaison with Global Operations during the development and verification phase to ensure smooth execution, new product introductions, conformance to product specifications, and year over year cost outs.
  Ensures internal and external customers’ requirement are understood correctly and met on time.
  Co-ordinates with other support resources for a timely completion of software releases
• Job Description
• Developes customised solution for CAD softwares (Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Developes customised solution for CAE software customization (Ansys, Abaqus, MASTA, etc.)
• Developes customised solution for PowerBI, SharePoint
  Executes projects using BitBucket, Jira or similar (Git)
  Manages project portfolio through requirement gathering, development, deployment, and application support.
• Creates application training material and conducts in person trainings
  Fosters innovation and creates IP while working on New Product development, VAVE and problem solving projects.
• Utilizes DMAIC concepts for new tool development. Utilizes understanding of Mechanical design processes & acts as a technical lead for internal / external customers and resolves technical challenges
• Maintains close liaison with Global Operations during the development and verification phase to ensure smooth execution, new product introductions, conformance to product specifications, and year over year cost outs.

Qualifications

Requirement:

• Education : Btech/Mtech in Mechanical Engineering, CS, IT
• Experience : 1-3 years of experience in Design Automation of CAD/CAE Softwares and General applications
• Technical knowledge : ‘Languages Experience: Core: Java, C# Additional: Python, JavaScript, SQL
• Soft skills : Excellent English communication (oral and written) and presentation skills, Team player with highly effective interpersonal and collaboration skills, Innovative aptitude, offers creative solutions for technical problems
