Position – Associate Analyst – PCM( PP2021, new position, P&E – IM)

Job description

• Candidate should have knowledge of surcharge management and commodities.
• Surcharge Management – Request/follow up with suppliers for Surcharge Template and Invoices, and in-depth analysis of Commodity Index and pricing details as per Commodity markets,.

• Evaluates supplier invoices and validation should be performed based on surcharge mechanisms and commodity index rates.

• Follow up with vendors/Suppliers to get accurate information for Surcharge Calculation.
• Spend Analysis – Understand Part-Level Commercial Data (Where Used, EAU, Forecasted Usage, index and Base price)
• Knowledge on Supplier/Material price Increase request and Contracts management
• Generate Dashboard & Reports on weekly & monthly basis
• Cost out database creation and update in the tool and generate reports.
• Collaborate with cross functional team members for effective execution.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly communication with internal & external stakeholders
• Supporting monthly deck and Reporting senior stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience or any Graduate with 5 to 7 in SCM
