Industrial Engg Equipment

Location: Chakan

• Principle activities
• Data calculations (Analysis and summaries, Equipment capacity ) for new and running projects
• Implementation and evaluation of time studies in all production areas.
• Cooperate in the definition of production methods, production techniques, and measures for optimization/increase of efficiency.
• Technical change management for ES and IS with coordination with the Global team.
• Create and modify Pre-blocking list & Line Balancing
• Prepare every PM changes analysis document.
• Attend 8D meetings and support with follow-up and implementation actions.
• Conduct/Lead PM Change Meeting on time.
• Modification of drawing if necessary.
• Make Internal WI if global WI is not available.
• Ordering & tracking of all necessary equipment(hand tools, helping tools, fixtures for boards, test station, spare parts etc).
• Coordinating for test programs-related issues.
• Support for Supervising the warehouse for test adapters, auxiliary tools and spare parts.
• Control inventory for the test fixture.
• Supporting the annual inspection of measuring appliances.
• Keep contact to work-related colleagues with CKD.
• Plant layout creation and update.
• Special tasks/activities/roles must be carried out at the instruction of the disciplinary or team lead.

Additional knowledge:

• Work carefully and reliably. Basic technical understanding, able to read technical drawings.
• Very good knowledge in the English language

Specialized knowledge / education: BE/B.Tech/Diploma(Electrical/Electronics/EXTC/Mechanical)
Work experience: For B.E/B.Tech: At least 0-3 years of experience in the automotive field
For Diploma: At least 2-6 years of experience in the automotive field
