Production Planning
Preparing the Weekly, Daily production plan as per customer schedule to achieve on time delivery for the customer.
Manpower Management
Responsible for mentoring & training personnel to deliver quality services. Preparing Cross Functional Teams (CFT) for continuous Process & product Improvements through Selection of Supervisors, Inspectors & operators for various production Lines. Motivating a large team of operators so as to optimize equipment utilization.
Operation & Process Optimization
Responsible for operation & Process Optimization in line with Organization goals like on time delivery, Zero breakdown, Zero accident etc. using tool like 5S, Six Sigma, Line Balancing etc.
Quality Improvement Initiatives
Controlling and analysis of daily in process rejection. Initiatives to improve the product quality by using of tools like 7 QC tools, FMEA, Why-Why Analysis, Quality Circle, Poke Yoke, Kaizen & 5S.
New Product Shifting
A core team member of starting/shifting of new products involve in training, line setup, Trail run, Quality Signoff, Mass Production run.
Leader Competency
Problem analysis and resolution, Planning and organizing, Communication skills, Judgment and decision-making, Result Driven, Adaptability & Optimistic, Analytical Thinking, Teamwork & Leadership, Accuracy under Time Constraints.
Education Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical)
Relevant Experience:
- 4+ Yrs in Manufacturing
