Key Responsibilities
- to complete CAD design tasks as needed.
- Verify the accuracy of the input data while taking the project planning restrictions into consideration.
- Create or change a 3D model while keeping in mind the design context and ensuring that design guidelines, partner consultation, and partner validation are followed.
- Ensure robustness by taking into consideration architectural, procedural, and partner reference frame restrictions.
- Ensure that the component and its fixings are positioned correctly by integrating 3D/2D data into the digital model. ensuring that each component is present before the design is released or officially recognized.
- Update the job progress track sheet on time, and be sure to deliver products correctly the first time (FTR)
Key Skillset
- excellent CATIA V5 or V6 knowledge
- PLM Tool expertise & understanding – 3D experience (ENOVIA)
- exposure to the engineering and design of automobiles.
- understanding of the air intake system
- Integration of the engine intake air cleaner unit with DFA and DFS in mind.
- Design of hoses, ducts, mounting brackets, and isolators for the dirty and clean sides.
Key Qualifications/Requirements
B.E., in Mechanical or Production or Industrial Engineering Post Diploma / Diploma in Mechanical or Production or Industrial Engineering
Experience-2-6 Years
