Job description
We have multiple GET positions in the organization. Based on the functional area, job profile would include some of the activities mentioned below:
- Preparation of Technical drawings and specifications/modifications
- Coordination for site requirements in consultation with the Site Manager / Project Manager and monitoring / analyzing processes and operations.
- Analysis of the daily activities of the site including checking and analysis of the Daily Progress Report.
- Coordination with all relevant departments for successful project operations.
- Coordinate with all concerned to ensure issues at the site are addressed promptly for uninterrupted operations, also inform and seek the advice of management for any operational issues that need immediate action.
- Prepare and submit Action trackers/point sheets to the Management on weekly basis.
- Ensure work is completed by contractors on site and submit a work completion report for the same.
- Visit the site to review the progress as per the schedule defined by HOD and Management.
- Monitor Maintenance schedules of Machinery at the site and make sure that they are being followed on a regular basis.
- If required, support for determining project staffing needs in consultation with HOD.
- Perform any other related duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time, as required.
