Job description
Perform best-in-class quality assessment to secure, up-front, successful usage of 3DS solutions. Optimize testing cycle time for accelerated delivery while improving test coverage for product quality and customer use.
- Will be responsible for Testing and Certification of DELMIA suite of Digital Manufacturing applications.
- Review functional specifications for completeness and testability.
- Work with extended team to understand customer requirements better.
- Coordinate testing efforts, define time estimates for different test phases.
- Design and generate high quality, cost effective test cases.
- Execute test cases using black box techniques and automated testing where applicable.
- Provide testing status, generate reports, track metrics, and create postrelease summaries.
- Manage the testing environment. Manage test machines and hardware needed to support the testing effort.
- Bachelor’s\ Masters in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Automobile, Aerospace or similar Engineering discipline.
EXP- 1-5Yrs
- Basic understanding of Manufacturing Principles and concepts.
- Knowledge on use of CAD\CAM, Simulation related software applications ( CATIA, SolidWorks, DELMIA, Siemens NX..)
Good to have
- Basic knowledge in Scripting languages like JavaScript, VBScript, Python.
- Basic understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Quality Assurance activities.
