In our DELMIA INDIA R&D organization we are looking for a suitable candidate to be part of our passionate Software Quality Engineering team to deliver world class Digital Manufacturing applications to our customers and fulfilling our brand promise. As part of our Software Quality Engineering team, you will be involved in challenging and exciting projects, supporting the team in the creation of outstanding enterprise solutions used by our customers. You will work closely with the extended DELMIA R&D team across multiple geographies and also our technical sales team to better understand our customer requirements.

This position will be based in Bengaluru, INDIA.
Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for Testing and Validation of DELMIA Process Planning Suite of Software Applications – Manufacturing Items/Process Management, Process Planning, instructions, Fastener Management, Plant Layout and factory Flow Simulation
- Responsible for all levels of testing, from maintenance releases to major releases with new features. Participate in the Go/No-Go release readiness decision and risk assessments.
- Leverage Customer usage and end-user feedback to improve the test effectiveness of DELMIA Applications
- Identify and report software defects to the Software Engineer with severity definition
- Verify Internal Defect fixes and quality exit criteria
- Benchmark DELMIA Process Planning software with other competitive software and define enhancement requests for the product
- Provide Training and assist the Technical Sales team on DELMIA Process Planning Applications on a need basis
Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor or Masters of Engineering in Mechanical/Industrial Production/Automobile/Aeronautical having experience of 1 to 4 years in Manufacturing or Service Engineering Domain.
- Experience in MBOM, Process planning, Work Instructions, Assembly Evaluation, PFMEA, DFMEA, ECN/ECR, Plant layout design, configuration management
- Minimum 1+ years of experience PLM Digital Manufacturing software like DELMIA/Team center/Windchill/SAP/Oracle
- Understanding/knowledge on ERP, Digital twin, PLM, PDM process.
- Having good knowledge on Quality assurance or software testing or automation testing will be added advantage
- Certification on 3DExperience platform or any other equivalent PLM platform will be the added advantage
