DESCRIPTION: As a member of the Customer Role Experience (CRE) at Dassault Systemes India, the Industry Process Consultant – 3DEXPERIENCE Works would have to engage in the adoption and support of implementation activities with 3DEXPERIENCE Works customers. He/she would be responsible for engaging and developing the content for best practices on 3DEXPERIENCE Works and delivering the same to customers. Industry Process Consultant is responsible for providing comprehensive implementation support to Value Added Resellers to achieve customer satisfaction, in line with business goals.

The responsibilities include:

• Provide comprehensive implementation support to 3DEXPERIENCE Works (SOLIDWORKS cloud product) customers based on the LAER (Land Adopt Expand and Renew) methodology.
• Deliver periodic webinars to customers and enable them with onboarding activities.
• Deliver periodic webinars to customers and share best practices, tips, and tricks.
• Develop content for onboarding and best practices webinars.
• Be a hands-on expert on the 3DEXPERIENCE Works portfolio including roles and applications from various brands including SOLIDWORKS, ENOVIA, SIMULIA, DELMIA, and Netvibes.
• Present 3DEXPERIENCE Works solutions in live-demos seminars.
• Manage and review all technical activities of key accounts based on LAER methodology.
• Participate in workshops, boot camps, and training for VAR Post Sales Technical Engineers.
• Coordinate Technical Support activities with VAR and 3DEXPERIENCE Works Tech Support group to increase technical services quality and improve customer satisfaction.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 year of technical experience or related

EDUCATION: Hold Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Branch – Mechanical)

REQUIREMENTS:

• B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of the MCAD/FEA/PDM/PLM/CAM industry.
• Must be knowledgeable in SOLIDWORKS 3D modeling and have a strong understanding of the complete SOLIDWORKS Solutions. Preferably a Certified SOLIDWORKS Associate or Certified SOLIDWORKS Professional.
• Able in interpreting machine drawings and articulate various manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of products that are competitive to SolidWorks solutions.
• Proven strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Must be fluent in reading and writing in English. Regional language knowledge is a plus.
