Job description

We are looking for the role of Asst Manager – sales, This position will report to Regional Manager Sales.This position will be responsible for Sales growth for HEX product portfolio within the assigned region

Job Responsibilities

Sales growth for HEX product portfolio within the assigned region
Direct & Indirect sales responsibility for HEX product portfolio.
Increase indirect sales through channels
To develop a business plan to access the heat exchanger market within Sugar & Distillery, Food & Beverage, Mechanical, Metallurgy, HVAC and general industry sectors
Identify sales potential in the region and determine the most effective way to obtain business
Identify & close opportunities and establish contact with customer base via sales force
Update sales force with customer contacts and meeting reports
Maintain high-quality opportunity pipeline

Background & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
Detailed experience in sales and/or marketing is required
Must possess extensive sales knowledge and experience in the heat exchanger industrial arena
Able to multitask in a matrix organizational environment
Good presentation skills
Strong analytical skills
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
