Job description

• About The Role: Perform engineering tasks such as the planning of Thermodynamics, Aero Thermal analysis, Heat Transfer, Fluid Dynamics, Aero Mechanics, and Acoustics. Develop, and test a variety of power plants, aircraft and parts. Establish specifications, perform analysis, and conduct performance tests. Predict new and derivative noise levels and designs elements of vehicles and systems to ensure compliance with noise regulations, specifications and guarantee requirements. Includes aerodynamics, stability and control, flutter and vibration, landing loads, aircraft or system structures, hydrodynamics, propulsion system, fuels and combustion, aero-acoustics, aero-mechanics, heat transfer and instrumentation

You’ll Need

• fundamental knowledge of mechanical engineering and stress analysis, the ability to work with clients and propose design solutions.Have 6+years experience in Meshing and Analysis(Non linear, Dynamic) of complex structures.Hands-on exposure with Hypermesh/Optistruct.
• You Will Report to customer.
• Stress analysis using Ansys/Optistruct/Hyperworks tools.
• Should be good at hand calculations and SOM
• Good knowledge about Microsoft Tools.
• Good knowledge about Solid Mechanics.
• Write Analysis records and Stress notes for various Components
• Responsible of handling the standard and non-standard load cases observing the customer inputs.
• Capable of debugging the analysis model irrespective of the solvers and to identify the root cause of the issues

• Hypermesh, MSC Nastran, OptiStruct
