Job description

• You and us work with us in our Hyderabad Manikonda office as Piping Stress Engineer. You will report directly to the Project Manager for a Power Plant domain. As a Piping Stress engineer will work on pipe stress engineering of piping systems following ASME, ANSI B31.3 code needs using Caesar II software programme on Power Plant domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with Mechanical or relevant domain educational background.
• 5+ years of experience in Piping stress domain
• Conduct pipe stress engineering of piping systems following ASME, ANSI B31.3 code needs using Caesar II software program.
• Perform evaluation of nozzle loads or vessel stress using WRC 107/297 capability of Caesar II program.
• Develop engineering computations and evaluations.
• You and us conduct complex engineering tasks along with essential engineering.
• Ensure to extract engineering data from CAD drawings and computer models.
• You and us coordinate the design of exclusive pipe supports.
• Ensure to complete different assignments like drawings, parameters, and varied materials apt for procurement plus construction purposes.
• Work with different engineering departments.
• You and us develop detailed requisitions for pipe stress equipment and materials.
• Review vendor drawing submittals and conduct technical bid evaluation.
• Develop and issue parameters, datasheets, and varied construction documents.
• Will mentor the juniors for delivering the high finished product
• Piping Stress Engineer with relevant experience on Power plants Piping
• Relevant experience in Power plant piping Stress domain
• CAESAR II, Piping Stress Analysis, SP3D, Thermal – Coal-Based, Thermal Power Plant
