Job Description

• As needed, lead the design development and release of packaging products or reverse engineer existing products to improve overall long term system quality, reliability, yield rates, and cost-effectiveness.
• Work with a cross-functional team that includes installers, handlers, and supply chain personnel to ensure the design and development of packaging products meet the needs of the internal and external customers.
• Work with design partners/suppliers and lead product development activities from design concept to manufacturing release.
• Use SolidWorks to create and modify mechanical 3D designs, and 2D drawings.
• Design for packaging to improve the overall green footprint, and to identify opportunities to improve cost, quality, and total cost of ownership by implementing packaging re-use strategies, weight/volume reduction, and material selection.
• Responsible for DFM and DFA activities & optimization of design for cost reduction.
• Create DFMEA and identify relevant product risks.
• Apply GD&T and perform Tolerance stack-up analysis for components/Sub-system.
• Developing manufacturing specifications by using CAD tools like Solid works & Creo for modeling, assembly, detailing including drawing conversions & generating BoM.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the definition, selection & extension of test automation architecture, frameworks, coding standards and Automation Testing Strategies of enterprise software platform
• Identifying and recommending the automated testing processes and tools and defining best practices
• Defining and publishing key performance metrics for automated testing
• Providing leadership, guidance, training & mentoring to implement test automation across project teams
• Participating in design & architectural reviews of proposed automation solutions across project teams
• Exploring innovations in test automation and leading technological execution of the recommended automation solution across project teams
• Lead in all phases of Software Test design and development – planning, execution, test and evaluation
• Analyze, understand and provide feedback on software requirements for a project. Perform requirement analysis to determine completeness and work with requirement management tools.
• Process champion in architecting the software test development
• Apply international standards such as IEC IEC 61010 , IEC 60601-1, and IEC 60601-1-2

Experience:

• BS Degree with Experience in Test Framework designing / automation testing
• Skilled in leading cross-functional top-down and bottoms-up risk analysis sessions
• Experience in FMEAs for multiple disciplines: electrical, mechanical and software
• Extensive experience in usage of automated test tools such as Jenkins, Selenium etc
• Hands-on experience in implementing test beds with NI stand, MATLAB, Simulink, LabVIEW etc
• Proven experience of designing & implementing automation testing frameworks and methodology to support agile product development
• Required skills:
• Excellent knowledge of test automation, testing tools & test processes
• Excellent knowledge of test concepts & methodologies
• Solid experience in understanding and practicing build management & Continuous Integration
• Strong analytical problem solving & decision-making skills
• Ongoing knowledge of automated testing industry best practices and trends

Maintenance Specialist, HEMM

Key Responsibilities :

Accountable for providing functional expertise in maintenance strategy of heavy mobile mining machineries like trucks (like 960E, 980E, 797, 793), excavators (4100, 495), loaders (994) etc. Expected to validate and review equipment hierarchy setup, maintenance strategies and bill of materials for maintenance and suggest improvements as per site requirement or working conditions. Prepare and publish summary reports for identified gaps and recommendations related to maintenance strategy. Understand the client’s objectives, business drivers and devise an approach to the solution.

Must Have Knowledge and Skills:

• Experienced in assembling, commissioning & maintenance of heavy mobile equipment especially trucks, dozers and excavators.
• Involved in maintenance planning in line with requirements from production department, Inventory monitoring, Spares planning and Safety. Monitoring of equipment performance and suggest cost effective maintenance practices to improve availability.
• Experienced in FMECA and RCM techniques.
• Expertise in SAP PM Functionalities like Master data creation, Preventive maintenance strategy, Functional Location, Task list, Maintenance plan, Item, Measuring counters & documents.
• End user level knowledge in any asset strategy management tools like Meridium, OnePM or Predix APM etc…will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS office tools –Excel & PowerPoint.
• Effective communicator and should have the ability to comprehend information and take decisions.

Work Experience: 4 to 6 years in HEMM maintenance

• Requirements, Design, implementation, test and integration of his Unit in accordance with the higher-level Requirement and – Design specifications / architectures.
• Reliability and Serviceability of the system / subsystem / component.
• Complying to all applicable medical standards / regulations such as CE and FDA.
• Working closely with all the other team members both R&D team members (Like Systems, Verification, Norm compliance etc..) and cross-functional stakeholders (Like Service, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, Clinical, etc…) for the projects.
• Provide technical support to suppliers and other departments to fulfill project and production needs.
• Support localization activities.
• Knowledge of IEC 60601 standards is preferred.
