Job description
- About The Role: With support, responsible for designing new products and processes and improving and maintaining existing products. May perform less complex projects. May conduct design analysis on components and assemblies to support the development process by ensuring designs are cost efficient, manufacturable, and reliable. Communicate with the other engineering personnel to coordinate the interrelated design and assure project completion. Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 4+ years of related experience.
- You’ll Need: Responsibilities : 6+ years Experience in Maintenance Provide functional expertise in maintenance of mechanical equipments like conveyors, crusher, feeder, screens, cranes, compressors, pumps, motor and their related work flows. Validate current maintenance practices and modify following site requirement or working conditions. Prepare and publish summary reports for identified changes and recommendations. mentor other team members on areas of expertise. Understand the client’s goals, plans and design an approach to the solution.Experienced in Operations & Maintenance of processing or beneficiation plant equipment. Involved in maintenance inline with requirements from production department, Inventory monitoring, spares planning, Safety monitoring and Housekeeping. Monitor equipment performance and suggest cost-effective practices to improve availability., Service sheets & engineering drawings to evaluate existing maintenance practices or create new. Experienced in asset procurement and vendor management will be an added advantage Knowledge in SAP PM functionalities like Master data creation, Preventive maintenance strategy, Task list, Maintenance plan scheduling, Maintenance Order, Notification, Measuring Points & Counters, Measuring documents. Basic &. and have the teams and make decisions. will report to customer
