Position – CREO Engineer with Sheet Metal

Job description

• Basic Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical) with first-class with minimum 60%of marks.
• Overall work experience: 3 years with BE in the field of Heavy Equipment or Automotive Engine Design / Agricultural Equipment design
• CAD Tool: Should have 3 years hands-on experience in Creo 3.0/Creo 4.0 modules as below
• Sheet metal Modelling and detailing
• Handling of large assembly management
• Parametric welding
• Designs the Sheet metal components/ assemblies using Part modeling, Advanced Part modeling, Sheet metal, modeling techniques as appropriate
• Good experience in creating structural and weldment drawings and machining drawing
• Has knowledge of Sheet metal manufacturing processes.
• Execution experience of Wind-chill PDM.
• Working knowledge on GD&T with ASME Y 14.5 standards.
• Independent work executer with little support
• Good communication skills – both written and oral
• Good presentation skills

• CAD Tool: Should have 3+ years hands on experience in Creo 3.0/Creo 4.0 modules as below
  • Sheet metal
    • Piping
    • Solid Modelling and Assembly drawings
    • Handling of large assembly Management
• Modeling & detailing of Sheet metal, Plastic, Casting parts of Tractor & Attachments.
• Experience in tube routing, Hose routing, moulded house routing using (Creo-piping) module.
  Knows selection of Pipes/Hoses, their end-fittings and has good fundamental knowledge of Hydraulic components..
• Working knowledge on GD&T with ASME Y 14.5 standards.
• Execution experience of Wind-chill PDM.
• Good understanding and reading complex drawings
• Independent work executer with little support
• Good communication skills – both written and oral
• Good presentation skills
• Good team player
• willing to work at Customer Location if require
