Job description

Boiler Designer with relevant experience on Power plants Piping including Boiler internal on all the related tasks
Bachelor’s Degree with Mechanical or relevant domain educational background
8+ relevant experience in Power plant Boiler and piping domain
ASME Standards, Autocad, Pressure Parts, Thermal – Coal-Based, Thermal Power Plant

10+ years of experience in Boiler design in Power plant domain
You and we should manage all arrangement and fabrication Pressure Part drawings.
You and we should study of customer inquiries and Material Requisitions, P and IDs, Project specifications and client standards at the beginning of the project.
Experience performing all Strength calculations as per code IBR & ASME.
Have very good knowledge of Pressure parts detailing.
You can prepare Material Forecast for Boiler Pressure Parts & Essential Piping
Experience in prepare PPA Layouts and Field Weld Schedule.
Have Knowledge of pressure parts, metallurgy and welding procedure
Good knowledge of different Codes IBR, ASME & ANSI
Exposure to the hot structure like Buckstay design.
Attend internal meetings and meetings with Clients, Consultants. Participate in solving issues involving a versatile interface. Support for the project site.
Experience in conversant with the use of AutoCAD & 3D software such as SP3D or PDMS
Experience in review of basic Design drawings, ensure that there are no mismatches between Basic Design drawings, erection drawings and manufacturing drawings and
Mentor juniors for high-quality job
