Job description

To be a leader of first product realization for car body manufacturing. Prepare MBOM, process sequence & assembly instructions for car body manufacturing area.
Responsible for the performance of the Methods department and activities in car body area.
Identify manufacturing hours, tooling cost, manpower requirement, jigs & tooling requirement for car body Manufacturing of new projects in co-ordination with concerned functions
Provide technical support to Bids related to car body manufacturing
Implement Standardization throughout Production area.
Follow-up status of all contract related Methods tasks, initiate and track countermeasures or corrective actions when necessary
Manage all documents control, special process, flow charts. Prepare & maintain assembly instructions for production area
Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion; train team members
Continuous improvement of process. Hour’s reduction in manufacturing activities for production area
Carry out investigations and reports into processes and component failure, including correspondence with Engineering, Production and Quality departments to resolve technical enquires in a timely manner.
