Position: Production Associate – Level I

Job Description:
Operate machines and production equipment in a manufacturing environment while ensuring adherence to quality and productivity standards. The role involves weekly rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE):
- Identify and immediately report major injury hazards.
- Report any work-related injury, illness, or hazard.
- Adhere to HSE standards, policies, and procedures.
- Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Minimize negative environmental impacts during work processes.
- Participate in HSE training programs.
Quality:
- Follow standard work procedures and quality guidelines.
- Perform quality inspections and manage non-conforming materials.
- Raise issues to reduce costs and quality risks.
Delivery:
- Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products.
- Meet production goals within the defined cycle time or engineering standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform routine maintenance and operator care tasks.
- Work collaboratively with peers and support teams to identify repair needs.
Teamwork:
- Communicate effectively with team members and support staff.
- Complete training and personal development requirements.
- Contribute actively to improvements in quality, safety, processes, and material flow.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering.
- Certification in welding processes is an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in the industry.
Skills:
- Knowledge of OEE, 5S, FMEA, Control Plans, and Line Balancing (preferred).
- Effective communication and collaborative abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Work Schedule:
- Shift A: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Shift B: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Shift C: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am
Additional Information:
- Knowledge of licensing for export controls or sanctions regulations may be required.
- Relocation package is available for eligible candidates.
