Tasks
- Pre-dispatch report to customer
- Responsible for Quality turn around program with Continental India
- Responsible for External lab / product testing
- Incoming inspection of metal Pulley’s,coupling,rubber tyres,spiders,Flat transmission belt etc.
- Outgoing check for Pulley’s
- Mold and tool inspection
- Packing material inspection
- Monthly Corporate QA KPI’s reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering, preferred with Mechanical trade with 5 to 7 years of experience in Quality assurance.

Tasks
- Daily MIS report preparation
- Daily shop floor meeting
- Dock audit for Export/OE consignment
- BOP(imported belts) inspection
- Daily rejection analysis
- Non conforming product disposal
- corrective actions together with mfg team
- Trouble shooting in processes
- Active participation in problem solving activities through A3(SPS&LL tool).
- Skill up-gradation of blue collars by continuous training and education
- Overall responsibility of visual inspection of outgoing belts
Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or Rubber Technology.
- Adequate knowledge of Product/Process preferably in V belt.
- Knowledge of QC tool, Visualization & Poke-Yoke
- Ability to resolve the Quality issues together with the relevant team.
- Can take lead in the training of colleagues & Blue-collar
- The ability of Auditing as per QMS like IATF16949, ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001
- The ability of Data Analysis
- Knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Good communication and writing skills in English.
- Ability to work as a team
