Position – Design Engineer

Job description
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 6 years of experience in Engineering/Design, Preference to be from the Organization of Aerospace/Automobile domain.
- A minimum 3 years of UG NX experience is mandatory, NX Electrical routing module is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of NX Electrical routing and Electrical Design. Working knowledge on designing LRU mounting of electrical boxes.
- Perform design, modeling, and drafting for Machined, Sheet metal, Plastic parts and Composite Parts.
- Perform Electrical Integration in Mechanical Structures, sheet metal design and drafting.
- Good knowledge in Aerospace Electrical routing standards, Knowledge about Boeing, and Airbus specs.
- Able to work on Electrical Design assignments in collaboration with other Engineers and site PEs
- Desirable – Manufacturing exposure, Aero/Auto seating design, Teamcenter.
- Open to learn, good communication skills & result-oriented.
- Experience in production BOM release.
- Experience in electro-mechanical packaging especially actuators.
- Exposure to OEM and supplier specs related to Aerospace.
- Ability to perform design calculation.
