Description
- Ability to provide detailed interpretation of hydraulic schematics and troubleshoot on machine hydraulic systems (BIQ and Line issues)
- Test & Validate hydraulics components in machine level
- Actively support a prototype, pilot, or production build and on-machine hydraulic system test
- Maintain product health by resolving CPI problems using 6 sigma methodology
- Collaborate with the CFT team to support quality goals, process audit of
Suppliers & APQP / PPAP Processes.
- Perform data analysis using outputs of analytical tools and test data
- Perform hyd. Components placement by checking the layout of the whole machine along with an understanding of the hydraulic system/schematic and create concepts to further evaluate and select.
- Good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, engineering drawings, manufacturing processes and Machine Bill of Material (BOM).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Relevant work experience required: 2 – 5 years with bachelor’s degree
- Experience in hydraulic systems or components, preferably in mobile hydraulics
- Exposure in handling hydraulic instruments & tools
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Emphasis on initiative and self-starting tasks
- Strong knowledge in Power Apps

- Strong project management skills – Developing, maintaining, and executing to a project management plan.
- Ability to develop & leverage a global network of engineering resources.
- 6 Sigma Basic Knowledge
