- Strong sourcing/procurement capabilities with relevant experience across various Indirect procurement categories eg. Safety, PPE, Fasteners, Hand tools, Motors, Hydraulics, Office Supplies, Electrical, Lab Equipment, Instrumentation, Mechanical Equipment, etc.
- Generate and develop relationships with suppliers – OEMs, distributors, dealers – and negotiate with them to get the best rates/discount structures to maximize margins on client orders
- Ensure strong compliance with Sops & internal technology infrastructure, and partner in continuous improvement to streamline the Ops relentlessly
- Should have a minimum of 2 yrs of experience in Procurement/Sales/Purchase.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
