Position – Shift Mechanical Maintenance Officer

Job description
1. Having good exposure in Plant engineering, Plant Maintenance, Planning and executing Preventive and shutdown maintenance.
2. Preventive & Attending Breakdown maintenance of all Mechanical equipment and Reduction in downtime through continual improvement
3. Experience on laminator, oven, mixers, boiler maintenance,
4. Attending the major mechanical problem and solving the root cause problem
5. Handling the new project for new machinery installation and modification in plant machine.
6. Section In charge of mixing area.
7. Monitoring all maintenance activity of mixing area.
8. Perform welding & fabrication work.
9. Perform pumps and gear box preparing work.
10. Perform all maintenance work of shifter, screw, mixer, rotary molder.
11. Perform all activity of wire band joint, tracking & new wire band installation work.
12. Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Education – B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical
