Job Description
- Generate Assembly and Drawing for i-Booster in NX-Team Center
- Generate and release Bill of Material in SAP P99
- ECR implementation for i-Booster components
- Stack up calculation for i-Booster components
- Generation of Design concepts and release of Manufacturing drawings
- Coordinate and Track BOM release and ECR Topics of i-Booster
- Maintenance of CAD assembly automation utility using Python
Mandatory skills:
- Experience in creation of 3D/2D in NX and Team center
- Experience in preparing and maintaining BOM in SAP
- Exposure to GD&T and Tolerance stack up analysis
- Hands on experience in design of plastic and sheet metal components, assemblies
- Proactive, quick learning and capable of handling tasks independently
- Ability to handle multiple project topics
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation and inter-personal skills
Preferred skills:
- Experience with SAP Production systems & Engineering Change Release & Management Processes
- Experience in applying Mechanical Design principles
- Python and relevant coding skills for handling automation utilities
- Exposure to Manufacturing methodologies & processes
Qualifications
B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile
