Position – CNC Milling Operator

Salary – ₹ 1,25,000 to 5,00,000 P.A.
Location – Hyderabad

Job description

3 Axis/ 4 Axis / 5 Axis / GROB operators required.
Set-up computerized machines to perform machine functions on the workpiece
Input control instruction into the machine.
Evaluate program blueprints to outline machine operations and dimensions.
Install machine tools and gadgets using manual working tools.
Replace old machine tools when worn-out with new ones
Make use of network links to ensure the transmission of a command from computer servers to computer numerical control modules
Take accurate measurements of workpiece and gauges for production
Carry out maintenance measures to ensure the good condition of machines
Change or replace switches and cylinders
Good knowledge of set-up and operation
Good knowledge of blueprints and micrometers
Good knowledge of edits and G-Codes, M-Codes
Have basic knowledge of production materials
