Job description
Eligibility
Candidates who have cleared 10th and 12th in the first attempt.
Diploma Mechanical (50% and above in all academic years), with no failure or drop in any subject or year.
Candidates with work experience must not have an academic gap due to failures and not more than 2 ATKT’s or backlogs in any semester.
Role
- Execute jobs to ensure equipment uptime to achieve business budget
- Monitor and control mechanical inventory within agreed norms
- Execute routine | preventive | breakdown maintenance and modification jobs with minimum LOP
- Execute energy conservation and improvement initiatives
- Assist for preparation of R&M budget and incur expenditure as per approval
- Implement asset preservation and EHS plans
- Ensure and sustain GHK
- Execute engineering jobs as per SOPs and ensure eAM compliance
- Perform the role of people manager
- Ensure compliance to statutory requirement related to mechanical discipline
- Provide MIS reports within the agreed timeline
- Provide relevant training to workmen
- Note: Candidate with glass line reactor experience will be preferred.
